Tips on a Tripel
I've just started brewing and I'm going to give a Tripel a shot for my third brew tomorrow. Anybody have any special tips on strong ale brewing? The temperature in my basement is a consistent 70-72. Will that be too warm.

10bls LME
2lbs Belgian Candy
2 oz. German Hallertau 3.8%AA 60min
1 oz. Styrian Goldings 3.4% AA 30min
1 oz. Saaz 2.8% AA 3min
Yeast:
2 vials of WLP500 Trappist Ale Yeast
