> The ideal candidate will be a self motivated, detail oriented person
> not needing supervision, should have either a formal brewing education
> or Bachelor's of Science degree (can be waived) and a minimum of three
> years (5+ for those applicants without a degree or formal education)
> brewing experience in a commercial environment.

> Duties will include brewing all beers on a turnkey 10 bbl Century Mfg
> brewhouse, all ordering, recipe formulation, working with restaurant
> manager for promotion and marketing, bottle filling, keg filling,
> brewery related paperwork, cost control, and of course cleaning.
