Release the horehound!
Brewing a belgian dubbel on friday. Will feature less specialty grain (no munich) and a scrumptious amount of horehound candy drops late in the boil for my sugar addition. Meanwhile, later on in the beer room, more horehound (depending on my taste buds reaction) will be added in the keg via a syrup I shall make out of horehound! This day will start early and end early as commitments for the evening must be made! Thanks for the yeast Kjell and Rockyard!!
