Pro-Am Brew with Upslope Brewing Company

Everyone:

Just wanted to give you a head's up that I will be brewing my Munich Dunkel with Upslope Brewing Company in Boulder on July 28. Feel free to stop by and say hello or have a few of the beers at their tasting room that day if you can make it. While I know this is stretching the limits in order to have a lager ready to serve before GABF and especially prior to the August 19 tapping deadline, the brewers are confident that their house lager yeast can work wonders in only 3 weeks. We will see. I will post details about the tapping of this beer once I know more.
