Our first sour
The first five gallons of our first sour is all bottled up. Worth the wait (16 months). Don't be afraid!! Bribe your neighbor and start fermenting in their basement, or your house if you are very careful!! Next five gallons will come out in a few weeks when we have time to brew the next round to refill the sour container. Have a great Thanksgiving everyone!
