midas clone tomorrow

We will be brewing another Midas Clone tomorrow since we split the last batch with our neighbors. 24 bottles just isn't enough. Tomorrows recipe will be a Maris and Honey malt base with the usual honey, saffron and 1oz of simcoe. Come by and enjoy a small vertical from last years batch, and this years batch (bottled in december). we wil probably start 'round 10 AM. Maybe this one will be aged with Chard. oaked chips in secondary, or maybe it will be brewed with Red Wine concentrate. Who knows.
