Hop Growing Rookie

Does anyone out there have a rough guideline as to when I should be harvesting my homegrown hops here in Colorado? I am certainly not a greenthumb by any means but I am growing some Horizon in my backyard. They are pretty plump and smell great, but I am just wondering how much longer to let them hang on the bines before I go in for the harvest. (By the way, yours look like a forest Kjell). Thanks in advance for any gardening advice.
