Hefe IV Yeast

I have 80-90 ml of hefe IV yeast harvested from a 1.052 Dunkelweizen. It is in a mason jar with sanitized water. Has been refrigerated since harvesting, which was two weeks ago. I would reccomend pitching it into fresh starter wort to rouse it, unless using it for a lower gravity five gallon batch. I harvested three mason jars and used the first two for a weizenbock which had an excellent primary. Let me know if you would like this. It is clean and without trub or dead yeast.
