Bubbles out for discussing ales, lagers

I talked to the manager at Bubbles about renting out the unused wine room on the west side of the building.  He said no.  When I asked why he said because they "forfeited the license."  I'm not sure what that means but I'm going to go ahead and say it isn't an option to host any kind of ale and lager discussions whatsoever.  My manager's an ass.
