Brewing first Belgian Beer!

For those who would like to stop by, I will be brewing my first Belgian ale on Saturday July 25th.  It is going to be a Belgian Golden Strong, and it is going to be one big strong at that!  I am shooting for 10.5% ABV!!  I should have some fine examples of the style available to provide inspiration too.
