· Qualified Brewer must have 2+ years experience
· Head brewer responsible for maintaining the current recipe process and procedures as well as developing new recipes that produce the highest quality beer possible.
· Manage a 50-plus hours/week that includes flexible weekend shifts
· Mechanical aptitude of brewing and bottling equipment
· Operate all functions of bottling line, including expansion and promotion
· Implement high sanitation standards of Brewhouse and Bottling Line equipment
· Organize quarterly Brewmaster dinners
· Conduct weekly Beer School for brewpub staff
· Attend weekly manager meeting
· Motivated attitude
· Ability to work as team player
· Ability to multi-task
· Strong communication skills
