Brewing Position Opening
The Four Peaks Brewing Co. of Tempe, AZ. is seeking an individual for the position of Brewer. Applicant must have at least a certificate/diploma from a recognized brewing school or the equivalent of two years work experience in a commercial brewery. Applicants must be able to work closely with others and be flexible with their hours. A good attitude and a positive outlook is a must.
Applicants must be knowledgeable of and willing to be trained in:
All brewhouse operations:
Cleaning and sanitizing
Milling
Mashing
Wort production and transfer
All cellar operations:
Yeast management
Monitoring of fermentation
Some lab work
All aspects of clarification and finishing:
Fining
DE filtration
Beer transfer
Carbonation
