Big Brew - Brew 10,000 Inspired Crazy Beer

I wanted to give everyone a separate heads up about our Brew 10,000 inspired crazy beer we'll be doing at our house for big brew day - see the big brew post for other details on the actual event.

Approximately two years ago, Rogue's head brewer said style be damned and decided to put all of his "favorite ingredients" into one beer and see how it turned out. It was delicious, so we're using that as inspiration.

Here are the details: Every person who wants to participate needs to bring one thing to put in the beer. Please comment below (or on the big brew string) so we know you are participating, but do not tell what you are bringing before hand. It should be something you like in your beer. Ie; hops, speciality grains, adjuncts, whatever.

We'll brew 5 gallons and will tap at some upcoming Rock Hoppers event. This is for us to drink, not for NHC. The only restrictions on what you can bring are 1) no brett/funk containing items and 2) nothing you wouldn't actually want to put in a beer (I'll trust your judgment on that one). We'll likely use a neutral ale yeast, like nottingham, if that affects anyone's choices.
