Amish cheese fondue infused with Double Eagle Ale.
Served with beer bread and a variety of fresh vegetables.

 Seafood Fondue
A seafood bouillon infused with Hopyard IPA.
Seafood selections include blue oysters, mussels,
shrimp, and scallops.
Served with a variety of sauces.

 Meat fondue
Beef consommé infused with Red Hawk Ale
and Imperial Red Ale.
Meat selections include beef tenderloin, buffalo tenderloin,
amb tenderloin, ostrich, and veal.
Served with a variety of sauces.

 Chocolate fondue
Semi sweet chocolate infused with Lightning Strike Stout.
Served with strawberries, biscotti cookies, bananas, pineapple,
cheese cake and marshmallows.
