SUMMARY:23 Rock Club Competition - Wort Pick Up
DESCRIPTION:
Jim Stinson mentioned at our January meeting that the Rockyard will be brewing a Double Red on <span style=\\"text-decoration\: line-through\;\\">January 20 January 22. Further\, he has graciously offered to let anyone from the club take a portion of the second runnings (approximately 1.050) for use as a base for homebrew.

So\, we immediatley thought of a club competition\:

23 Rock!

This will be a competition among club members to brew a beer using this wort as a base that conforms to BJCP's <a href=\\"http\://www.bjcp.org/2008styles/style23.php\\" target=\\"_blank\\">Category 23\: Specialty Beer - so creativity is a must!
