Summer at Rock Bottom means we're cooking up great beer, a fantastic Chef & Brewer's Dinner, and grooving to great music on our patio. Come Join Us!
August brings us a new brew, called Salamander Amber. This beer is a tribute to the hop-happy people of the northwest. We call it a "Northwest Amber", but the best way to describe this beer is "It's a big, red, IPA". Munich Malts and Two-row, are colored by the use of carafa I, a German dark malt that is de-bittered. This makes for a reddish colored beer that has a medium body, and loads of hop flavor. Multiple varieties of American hops were used to create a big, hoppy red ale. 6.7% ABV Cheers!
So join us next Thursday, August 14th for a complimentary pint of Salamander Amber from 6pm to 6:30pm.
