$\\"\\"$ August brings us a new brew\, called Salamander Amber. This beer is a tribute to the hop-happy people of the northwest. We call it a \\"Northwest Amber\\"\, but the best way to describe this beer is \\"It's a big\, red\, IPA\\". Munich Malts and Two-row\, are colored by the use of carafa I\, a German dark malt that is de-bittered. This makes for a reddish colored beer that has a medium body\, and loads of hop flavor. Multiple varieties of American hops were used to create a big\, hoppy red ale. 6.7% ABV Cheers!
